Norsoft Service Desk runs on Norsoft-owned infrastructure. Tickets, attachments, and customer data live in a SQL Server database under your control and are not shared with third parties. Sign-in events and ticket activity are logged for security and audit purposes only.
AI-assisted features are optional and disabled by default. When enabled, only the minimum text required for the task (subject, description, and recent comments) is sent to the configured provider. AI processing is never used for marketing.
